Dear exchange student,
If you're an undergraduate student who wants to apply for Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei, please follow the steps below:
First of all, please contact the Office of International Affairs at your university. There must be an agreement between both universities before we can start the exchange process. Ask your university to contact us on your behalf exposing your intention to study here.
After the first contact, you will be asked to fill in two forms: an Application Form (English only) and an Academic Experience Form (available in English, Spanish and French). You will also be asked to write a motivation letter. The Office of International Affairs of your university must send all the required documents and forms to our email: assin@ufsj.edu.br
It is also highly important that you read our fact sheet, which contains orientation and relevant information regarding your application.
Each case will be carefully analysed.
