International Human Motricity Network - IHMN

IHMN was created with the aim of concatenating efforts for the production, dissemination, dissemination and encouragement of scientific research in the areas of knowledge of education, health, sport and physical activity. Laboratory of Biosciences of Human Motricity (LABIMH), coordinated by Professor Andrea, composes this Network, and maintains collaboration in research projects and knowledge dissemination components of IHMN.

The partnership began with a cooperation in the project “Impacts of (de) territorialization in the processes of subjectivation: migratory experiences of Venezuelan refugees in Colombia”, with Professor Aida Milena Cabrera Lozano. The partnership continues with the research “Impacts of (de) territorialization in the processes of subjectivation: articulations between migratory experiences of Venezuelan refugee women in Colombia and Brazil”, which is under development.

The partnership began in the early 1990s, when Prof. Marina Bandeira held a first post-doctoral internship at the Center de Recherche Fernand Seguin, affiliated with the Université de Montreal, Canada, with researcher Alain Lesage. Currently, a project to validate a scale for evaluating the satisfaction of residents of therapeutic residences for psychiatric patients is being carried out with the researcher Michel Perrault, linked to The Douglas Research Center, Montreal, Canada.

Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools (CYFS) - Estados Unidos

Partnership with the research institution Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools (CYFS) (Lincoln, Nebraska, USA), to develop the Development and Validation of the Dimensional Inventory for Child Development (IDADI; Dimensional Inventory for Child Development Assessment). The project is funded by the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools (CYFS), University of Nebraska-Lincoln, in partnership with Denise Ruschel Bandeira, Euclides Mendonça Filho and American teachers Natalie Koziol and Leslie Hawley. The partnership involves the help of international researchers to carry out advanced statistical analyzes, publication of articles and partnerships for work in congresses.
